Mushtaq's Sheesh Kebab machine is a tabletop (Semi-Auto), multi-functional machine that extrudes minced meat onto skewers. We have ensured it's absolute ease of use hence only one operator is suffice to fully operate and thus maintain complete control over the Sheesh Kebabs size and weight, with every Kebab having the same diameter at any length.

Simply place the minced meat into the hopper, place skewer in to nozzle, press the footswitch and retract the skewer. The meat is automatically extruded onto the skewer and ready to barbeque! This machines comes complete with the Sheesh Kebab attachment, sausage Stuffer and the Mincing attachment

The Sheesh Kebab Machine is also equipped to make: Burgers, and portioned Sausages via the optioanl attachments above

Burger Attachment: How does it work?
Just by merely turning and pressing a lever in one straightforward action, a portion of minced meat eases into the stencilled area of the attachment, filling out the space evenly producing perfectly shaped burgers of consistent thickness. Since you can fill the hopper with various food types, you can produce a multitude of products with this one attachment alone.

Sausage Stuffer Attachment
The Sausage Stuffer is ideal for making various types of sausages although 'Meat Sausage' isn't the only thing you can process with this fine attachment. Available in standard and or custom made, the stainless steel stuffing tubes can be used equally well for Fruit sausages and other larger items. You'd be quite surprised at exactly how many things are possible with this attachment! What's more, it's easy to use, detach
clean and store.

Mincing Attachment
The mincing attachment is suitable for mincing any kind of uncooked and cooked meats as well as crushing and grinding nuts herbs, spices and vegetables. The attachment is provided with several interchangeable high quality perforated steel disks of various perforation sizes. This enables, by appropriate selection of the perforated disk, to obtain any required degree of mincing as necessary for each particular application.
