On the Sheesh Kebab Conveyor Grill you start of with placing the Skewers on to the Conveyor chain that runs along the top of the grill. The skewers sit into 2 v shape carriages across the grill that hold them in place. The conveyor chain then allows skewers turn and move along the grill at the same time whilst being cooked. Once they have reached the other end cooked they automatically fall of onto a skewer rack.

On the 1.8 meter Conveyor grill you can place 25 skewers at any 1 time. You can cook Chicken, meat, Lamb, etc. You don't need a person standing there turning the skewers, checking if there burning or taking them of when there done, as the conveyor grill does that all for you.
