On the Sheesh Kebab Auto Grill you place the skewers on the grill inserting the end of the skewer into the open slot on top of the grill. The Sheesh Kebab Skewer will rotate automatically cooking the kebab evenly. You can adjust the speed control on the grill to rotate the Kebab slowly or faster.

On this machine you don't need a person standing there turning the skewers, checking if there burning and turning them, as the Auto Grill does that all for you.
